Aircademy of Schilt Bedrijven

One of the objectives of the Aircademy is to attract the new generation of Professionals in Air. For example, by offering apprenticeships (work-study) and placements. By offering students various options for training and development, focused on the future, we aim to create loyalty to us amongst the students. Our current employees also have the opportunity to grow and develop.
The Aircademy focuses on three specialisations from the 3 different business units of Schilt Bedrijven: Air-conditioning, air ducts and air technology.
