VINCI Energies Building Solutions operates in the entire lifecycle of the building. This concerns the following four phases:

Engineering | Project implementation | Renovation/end of lifespan | Operational maintenance

In other words, we combine engineering, project implementation, and multidisciplinary maintenance and management. This combination of long-term activities and project activities gives us full control over the lifecycle of our clients’ buildings.

  • Design

    We look for and find suitable solutions for the energy and environment targets of every project, whilst optimising capital investments and operational costs.

  • Modelling

    We prepare a digital 3D-model, simulate the installation and operation, optimise it, select equipment, and continue enhancing the model.

  • Execution

    We install and check equipment and networks. On site, needless to say.

  • Commissioning

    We test the system, start and check the settings, and the performance of the equipment. We also check it and carry out automatic commissioning.

  • Maintenance

    We take care of the maintenance of operational systems and suggest optimisations and/or improvements. Our maintenance and management are preventive, predictive, and corrective, and linked to BIM if required.

  • Renovation

    Refurbishments, far-reaching or complete renovations, energy efficiency, redeveloping spaces for a different use, upgrades, and certification. That is part of the package too.

  • End of Life

    Are systems ready for demolition? We disassemble the equipment and the infrastructure and analyse opportunities for reuse.
